President of the Board of the Beneficence of Cusco for 4 years, Dr. Vargas is also an Illustrious Citizen of Cusco and Diploma of the Mayor´s Office of Cusco. He won the Mario Vargas Llosa "La Ciudad y los Perros" prize in 2006 for his novel "Tierra prometida" and the Regional de Cultura prize in 2004 for his novel "Lazos de sangre".lihat lebih sedikit
