I have helped individuals through counseling, psychotherapy, stress reduction coaching, wellness coaching, and I was a private duty nurse, massage therapist, and holistic health educator. I received extensive training in hypnotherapy which helped me to understand that the beliefsin a person's sub-conscious mind are creating his health and life experiences. I also volunteered at several food banks through the years.*In 1971 my 4 year old daughter Bonnie almost died in her sleep. A physical exam for pre-school showed her blood sugar was 520, 5 times normal. She had to get insulin injections every day to stay alive. In 1993 when she was 26, she passed on from cancer.*If I would have known 30 years ago what I know now, she would have been healed of the diabetes and cancer, and would be today a 56 year old grandmother.*She is in Heaven now, but you and your loved ones are here, so this book is for you.
