She was able to remodel, repair, and refurbish these abused and neglected homes, turning them into rentals. These homes were ultimately sold on Real Estate Contracts, resulting in the successful retirement that she enjoys today. It took time, a credit card and various skills to accomplish this. She has now collected some of her experiences and solutions into this book.
