Donna originally trained as a Sports Therapist who later went on to lecture in Nutrition, Skill Acquisition and other studies in Sport. She has since set up her own slimming club and is a music radio presenter for a local charity radio station in her home town.
It is Donna's work in the field of health, fitness and professional sport that prompted her to write. "I've always written" she says. "But after the response I got from my work, I felt it was time to share what I know and do, with those who want lasting results"
