She grew to love words at an early age and reading soon became her favorite past time. She began to use that love of words to express herself through her poetry. Eventually trying to self-publish her first collection of teenage poetry entitled “Visons of a Young Girl” while attending Eastern Michigan University.She continued to grow in her writing and began writing short stories.
