He found that the medical establishment didn't help him as much as he had hoped it would to manage his sleep issues. Instead, he took control himself and worked night shifts while also researching and studying the most effective ways to live and function well in his daily life. Damon now uses his knowledge and skills to help people sleep and act in the best ways possible.
