She has also published six books: Homespun Faith, Reflections on the Seasons of Life; the Sarah's Legacy Series and Diary of a Series. Daisy also did counseling under the National Christian Counselors Association for many years. She and her husband, Donn, served with One Mission Society as missionaries to Japan for a total of four years besides five other short-term mission trips to Japan.
