She earned three college degrees in business and served as a contributing writer for Forbes.com® and The Huffington Post. Additionally, she has been an expert media guest on major media outlets in several African countries and is an international keynote speaker.Tamiko's rise to success is truly inspiring. Born into a broken family in low-income housing projects, she grew up in poverty in a crime-ridden neighborhood where she attended underperforming schools in East St. Louis, Illinois. Despite these challenges, Tamiko had a successful and adventurous career in corporate America before launching her own companies, where she helped to secure over $30 million in investment revenue.Tamiko is the CEO and founder of Pursue Your Purpose LLC, a global firm that coaches aspiring and emerging women entrepreneurs and corporate intrapreneurs.
