Lee is the author of "Getting Old, Deal With It", her new book about how to age happily and healthily. She originally trained as a dancer and taught jazz at the Dance Centre in Covent Garden. After qualifying as an instructor, she opened her own exercise studio called All That Jazz in the 1980s and continues to teach Stretch & Tone classes as well as attending other exercise classes several times a week at local fitness centres.She now has her own YouTube channel called "Granny Lee Fitness" with a range of short exercise clips - try them for yourself!Broadcasting and mediaFor many years Lee presented in-flight exercises for a number of international airlines including Cathay Pacific, Gulf Air and Singapore Airlines.
