She is the CFO and Founder, of the Robert Squirrel Lester Memorial Fund, in memory of her brother, who is the co-founder of the Chilites, R&B legendary singing group. He died from substance abuse. Jacqueline is a member of the National Education Association and the California Teachers Association.
