Aoife studied nutrition at the University of Tennessee on an athletics scholarship and went on to complete a dietetic internship at the world-renowned Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston. Aoife has been the nutrition expert on RTÉ’s Operation Transformation since 2014. She was the first dietitian to be part of the show in the year it won an IFTA.
