He sent most of his career in transportation where he learned the diversity of leadership and what it takes to make employees learn as they work. This short philosophy of leadership stuck with him throughout his career until retirement. But even after retirement Dr. Nash felt that there has to be more to do in the field of mental health because his youngest son was diagnosed with ADHD and given medications. Dr. Nash being the curious about how things work decided to work with his youngest son and began to teach him how to play chess. After a month or two, his attention span changed, he began to have more patience dealing with certain situations like avoiding altercations in school and getting along with his siblings which we all know can be trying at times. But this gave Dr. Nash the idea that if people were shown things outside the box it may in the long run benefit those who have lost hope and are reaching out for help.lihat lebih sedikit
