Over the years Jules has studied various forms of psychology, counselling, mindfulness, coaching and complementary approaches to healing. She holds an MSc in Transpersonal Psychology, Consciousness and Spirituality. Jules lived in Asia for eleven years and has integrated Eastern philosophy and modern day meditation practices into her work.
