In addition to presenting to Fortune 500 companies and schools all over the country, JJ contributed as an on-air personality for one of America’s largest inspirational radio stations. For over twenty years, he has been involved with the NFL, where he went from a player to the front office of his former team, serving as their director of player development before working with the league to help equip former athletes for post-NFL life.
