She took initiative in providing premier service to her customers and continued to go the extra mile.
She created an effective product for her customers which MCI upper management fully embraced. They rolled out her creative idea to all of its major, national, and global customers’ nationwide. Each of these divisions was a recipient of her concept.
MCI valued the details which the tool brought to their clients. Shortly afterwards, she became a respected participatory customer service manager.
Reva retired seven years after relocating to North Carolina from California. After she retired, she traveled around the country in an RV. She enjoyed the scenery throughout the fifty states and the lower provinces of Canada and Nova Scotia. Her favorite places were the national parks and RVing in Alaska.
Reva studied transformational success principles and was certified as a dream builder coach and life mastery consultant. Reva guided people in making their dreams come true.
Reva continues to encourage people to improve their lives and values as followers of Jesus while living according to God’s commands for a more joyful and peaceful life.
She enjoys seeing people live their soul’s purpose which brings harmony to their lives.
