In her earlier career, Sally directed pioneering leadership programs aimed at fostering self-awareness, presence, and meaningful engagement with others. She was the founding director of the Graduate Management Program at Antioch University Seattle. She holds a PhD from the Fielding Graduate University, an MBA from Yale University, and an MA from the University of Michigan.
