Violet Lewis has been writing for many years and started off writing for local newspapers as a guest writer. She entered her first poetry competition in 1990 and has not looked back. She published her first book, Smile with the world, in 2012. She has various interests and joined the NN8 writers group in 2020, participating in writers workshops.
