She has since become a student and teacher of many practices; martial arts, Tai Chi, functional movement, meditation, contemplative studies, Ayurveda and acupressure. Teaching since 2006 in Dallas, TX, Jayme has led 18 yoga certification courses, countless classes and workshops, mentorships and retreats racking up well over 20k teaching hours and counting.
