Whether it was the future career, partner or where she would live. So, she wrote, realising she was holding in all these feelings, hiding them away as if they didn’t exist. It wasn’t healthy at all. She put her thoughts and feelings into words, she would be lying in bed getting ready to fall asleep and would start getting an itch to write down how she felt that day or about how she felt in the past.
