I myself realized its importance very early in life. I love hiking, walking, working out, music, and live theater. Learning something new daily for self-improvement became my passion. With 2 elderly parents in the 90's requiring daily exercise and living in an assisted living facility, I have put together the exercises in this book, after years working with different Physical and Occupational Therapists, and I see the incredible results. I am by trade a network engineer, which enables me to be detailed creating the step by step exercises.
As my parents exercised while they were young and also managed to do it when they crossed their seventies, they did their daily chores independently. With this book, Chair Exercises for Seniors, exercises can be done independently, but now with guidance from this book.
With all this thought in mind, I decided to share with you my knowledge about exercising. I have been practicing exercises from various disciplines in my routine and found it beneficial and exciting to mingle them together.
