Born in New Orleans, LA, Frances majored in music while
attending Xavier University. But after graduating, marrying,
having three children, and moving to Los Angeles, she
began a long career as a teacher. When teaching drama,
she penned her own plays for her students to perform.
In retirement, she has made forays into modeling and commercial acting. “TWICE
AROUND THE BLOCK, THEN THE PARK” is the result of her love of travel,
